【摘要】 目前,住院医师规范化培训缺乏有效的资金筹措机制和配套政策。通过对现存问题进行分析,提出对策,建议政府充分利用卫生资源,做好住院医师规范化培训的总体布局,制定合理的筹资政策,采用多种途径来解决培训经费不足的矛盾,以利于住院医师规范化培训的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resident standardization training is devoid of effective mechanism of financing and supporting policies at present.The paper aims at coming up with countermeasures based on the analysis of existing problems to promote sustainable development of resident standardization training,suggestions on the full use of health resources to the government are made,and an overall arrangement of the training project is laid out.Furthermore,reasonable financing policies are formulated to resolve the financial problems in a variety of ways.更多还原
