【摘要】 以某地区住院患者病案数据为基础,以非慢性重大疾病为对象,建立计量经济模型,在单病种微观层次上研究住院医疗费用和城镇职工基本医疗保险对于疾病医疗效果的影响。结果发现大病住院费用支出能够带来更高的医疗效果,但是城镇职工基本医疗保险患者的医疗费用支出带来的医疗效果改善显著低于自费患者。结论认为该地区城镇职工基本医疗保险制度降低了大病医疗的投入产出效率,对于社会医疗资源配置具有逆向调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on inpatient disease cases,the paper developed a disease-based approach and made an empirical analysis of the effect of the Basic Medical Insurance System(BMIS)on the efficiency of some catastrophic health expenditures.We find catastrophic hospitalization expenses of inpatients with BMIS have less treatment effects than ones without BMIS,which implies BMIS leads to efficiency loss in the urban area and takes reverse adjustment of social medical resource allocation.更多还原
