【摘要】 为了解我国药品流通企业现代信息化技术的应用现状,课题组对其进行调研,获知药品流通企业在信息系统、储运温湿度和冷链物流的信息化技术运用方面存在诸多问题:硬件设备配备不足,功能低下;软件设备参差不齐,统一监管难度极大;人员和制度方面的规范、要求欠缺。上述问题给药品流通安全带来极大隐患。结合我国实际,提出规范药品流通企业现代信息技术应用之建议:相关人员的相应信息技术水平要求;现代信息技术的制度设置;信息技术、储存温湿度和冷链物流的硬件和软件要求。做到硬件过硬,软件可操作,以更好地保障药品安全流通,维护人民生命安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand modern China’s drug-handling companies in the application of information technology,research group learned through investigation that there are many problems in information system,temperature and humidity of storage and cold chain logistics,for example hardware devices,are equipped with deficient functions and uneven software equipments that the uniform regulation is extremely difficult;requirements and specifications of personnel and system are relatively deficient.These all bring great risk to the security of drug distribution.Combining with the reality of China,we presented as follow:the appropriate level of information technology requirements of relevant personnel;the norms of modern information technology system;information technology,storage temperature,humidity and cold chain logistics;hardware and software requirements.To make the hardware appropriate,the software operational,to protect the drug circulation security and to maintain safety of our people are our goal.更多还原
