【摘要】 传统上农村基层医疗卫生机构药品流通模式有集中招标模式和链状、集中交易市场、物流配送等非集中招标模式两种。随着国家基本药物制度逐步建立,规范的集中招标模式逐渐成为主要模式。目前农村基层医疗卫生机构药品流通,仍存在流通成本高、秩序混乱和基层配送不足、物流水平低等突出问题,需要进一步提高市场集中度,打破医院垄断,规范招标配送机制,提高物流水平,探索新流通模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional rural circulation mode includes centralized bid mode and decentralized bid mode,including chains,the centralized securities exchange market,logistics patterns.With the establishment of national basic drugs system,the centralized bid pattern becomes the main mode.But there are many problems in prominent circulation modes,such as high cost,disorder and grassroots distribution insufficiency and the lower logistics level,etc,which need further improving market concentration,breaking hospital monopoly,regulating tendering distribution mechanism,enhancing the logistics level,and exploring new circulation pattern.更多还原
