【摘要】 新农合制度实施8年来,筹资水平提高了4倍,但补偿水平仅提高了1倍。主要原因是按项目付费的支付方式容易产生医疗机构诱导需求、过度服务等问题,保障水平难以较快提高。文章通过对小儿两类大病的11种疾病按病种付费的做法及效果进行分析,提出了新农合制度实行支付方式改革的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the implementation of new cooperative system for 8 years,financing level has increased 4 times,but compensation level has enhanced 1 time.The main reason of this is the payment according to the projects being subject to medical institution inductive needs and excessive service,etc,so the level of insurance is difficult to enhance.Through the analysis of the practice and effect of 11 payment for specific diseases in two great children diseases,suggestions of payment reform of new rural cooperative medical care system are proposed.更多还原
