【Abstract】 Based on the combination of the particularity of the system and the needs of the practice work,using literature reading and expert consultation,the paper constructs the index system of the new rural cooperative medical system evaluation.Then the index system has been applied in an empirical evaluation of the 62 counties in 13 cities in Jiangsu Province.Through empirical study,in which TOPSIS and RSR are used,we point out the existing problems,find the reasons and give several suggestions.更多还原
