分立器件测试系统软件平台的设计及实现
Design and implement of the software platform for discrete semiconductor device testing system
【摘要】 为解决目前国内分立器件测试系统成本高,可维护性低等特点,开发了一套性价比高、操作简单、自动化程度较高的测试系统。并采用层次化、模块化的软件结构设计方法,设计开发了分立器件测试系统的软件平台。该软件平台可以完成系统硬件资源自检与校准、软件账号管理、流程图测试程序自动转换、测试指标报表生成及打印等一系列功能,并做到测试程序和硬件系统的相互独立,大大提高了开发效率,具有较好的通用性、可维护性和可扩充性。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the high cost and low maintainability fault of current domestic discrete semiconductor device testing system, a set of testing system with high performance to price ratio, sample operation and high automatic degree was developed . And the software platform for the discrete semiconductor device testing system was designed, with using hierarchical and modular software architecture design methods. The software platform can complete a series of function such as the self-check and calibration of system hardware resource、account management、flow charts program automatically coverts、test index report generation and printing and so on, and make the test procedures and system hardware independent of each other , greatly improving the efficiency of development. The software platform has better versatility, maintainability and scalability.
