大推力永磁同步直线电机高抗扰控制系统设计

【摘要】 针对大推力长行程永磁同步直线电机系统存在的较强的电气干扰及周期性推力扰动,该文进行了具有高抗扰性能的永磁同步直线电机控制系统设计。介绍了永磁同步直线电机数学模型及矢量控制原理;采用DSP+FPGA+IPM的系统架构进行了硬件设计,设计了抗扰性能强的IPM差分驱动电路及IPM保护信号滤波电路;考虑永磁同步直线电机由齿槽效应和端部效应导致的周期性推力脉动及运动的重复性,设计了重复PID速度控制器;与传统矢量控制进行了实验对比,结果验证了所设计系统的有效性。

【Abstract】 A control system of PMLSM with high disturbance rejection ability was designed in this paper,for the strong electrical disturbances and periodic force disturbances existing in the large force and long stroke permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) system.The model and vector control of PMSLM were introduced.Based on DSP & FPGA & IPM hardware structure,designed the IPM difference drive circuit and filter circuit of IPM protection signal for improving the disturbance rejection ability.Considering the thrust ripple produced by end-effect and slot-effect of PMSLM,a vector control strategy based on repetitive controller was proposed and realized.Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method compared with the traditional vector control.
