【摘要】 三电平高压变频器对IGBT驱动电路有特殊的要求,比如:高低压侧的隔离问题、绝缘等级、动态驱动能力以及快速保护功能都有严格的要求。采用美国Unitrode公司生产的UC3726/3727驱动IGBT芯片对,两芯片可组合使用,从而可以达到理想的驱动效果。测试结果表明了该方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tri-level high voltage inverter has special requirements for IGBT driver circuit,such as isolated problem between high-side and low-side,insulation level,dynamic drive ability and rapid protection function.Adopting UC3726/UC3726 IGBT driver IC pairs,made in Unitrode Corporation from USA,can achieve ideal drive effect.And the test results show that this method is feasible.更多还原
