【摘要】 目的探讨缺血性结肠炎的临床特点、内镜表现及诊治要点。方法回顾性分析65例缺血性结肠炎的临床资料及内镜特征。结果缺血性结肠炎好发于老年人,多有相关的基础疾病,以腹痛、腹泻、便血为主要表现,内镜检查病变主要发生在左半结肠,呈节段性分布,大多数病例呈一过性改变,预后良好。结论具有相关基础疾病的老年人发生腹痛、便血者,应考虑到缺血性结肠炎的可能,早期诊断和治疗是预后良好的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of ischemic colitis.Methods The information of 56 cases with ischemic colitis such as clinical symptoms,physical and endoscopic pattern were reviewed.Results Ischemic colitis usually occurred in elderly patients who complicated ofen with some cased diseases.The clinical predominant presentations were abdominal pain,diarrhea and bloody stool.The pathplological changes found by endoscopy were located mainly in left colon with segmental form.In most cases,these features were transitional and the prognosis was good.ConclusionIschemic colitis should be considered for elderly patients complaining acute abdominal pain and bloody stool with previous cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease and diabetes.Early diagnosis and treatment play critical roles in prognosis.更多还原
