微波电路通孔结构的改进型矩阵束矩量法仿真
Modified Matrix Penciled Moment Method Simulation on Through-Hole of Microwave Circuits
【摘要】 对多层微波电路通孔结构进行RWG片元建模,用矩量法求解通孔表面电流,并运用矩阵束方法提取通孔外部结构相关参数,进一步得到20GHz以内散射参数。为提高求解速度,应用了等效介电常数和高效的矢量化运算,大幅度地提高了算法的效率。通过与全波仿真软件HFSS对比,验证了算法的正确性和高效率。另外加工了一套电路板进行实验测试,实测结果与本文算法计算基本吻合,说明了算法的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The through-hole in microwave circuits is modeled by RWG triangle elements.The surface current is solved by Moment Method.The related parameters of exterior structure are extracted by matrix pencil method,and the scattering parameters within 20GHz range are obtained.To improve computing speed,effective dielectric constant and high-performance vector operation are deployed.The accuracy and high efficiency of proposed algorithm is validated by comparison with full-wave simulation software HFSS.A set of test boards are fabricated and measured,measurement result conforms well to computation,indicating the reliability of the proposed algorithm.
