【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童、青少年精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将67例儿童、青少年精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(35例)和氟哌啶醇组(32例)进行对照研究,疗程8周。分别采用PANSS、BPRS、TESS及RSESE进行评定。结果两组治疗后的PANSS、BPRS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),阿立哌唑组和氟哌啶醇组的显效率分别为68.57%和65.63%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组间比较,阴性症状分在治疗第4、8周差异有显著性(P<0.05),阿立哌唑组分值低于氟哌啶醇组。阿立哌唑不良反应为失眠、头痛、焦虑、肠道反应等,氟哌啶醇组则为嗜睡、肌强直、静坐不能、震颤等,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论阿立哌唑对儿童、青少年精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状均有较好的改善,不良反应轻,更适合于锥体外系不良反应不能耐受的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of childhood or adolescent with schizophrenia.Methods Patients who met CCMD-3 criteria for schizophrenia were randomized into two groups:aripiprazole group(n=35)and haloperidol group(n=32)in control study.The treatment duration was 8 weeks.The PANSS and BRPS were employed for assessing the treatment effectiveness.The TESS and RSESE were employed for assessing the side effects.Results The score of PANSS and BPRS of both groups significantly dropped after treatment(P<0.01).Aripiprazole group for the efficient 68.57%;Haloperidol group for 65.63% is efficient,the aripiprazole group and haloperidol group is no marked difference in effect(P>0.05).Two groups in treating the negative symptoms for 4.8 weeks have a significant gender difference(P<0.05).The score of aripiprazole group below haloperidol group.The side effects of aripiprazole group is insomnia,headache,anxiety or abnormal response and haloperidol group is somnolence,myotonia,akathisia or tremor.The both groups have a significant gender difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective in treatment childhood or adolescent with schizophrenia who have positive or negative symptom and with few side effects.Aripiprazole is more suited to patients who cannot tolerance the extrapyrramidal system reaction.更多还原
