【摘要】 [目的]对香加皮抗心力衰竭有效部位的制备工艺进行研究。[方法]采用制备性快速柱结合精制柱的分步富集法制备香加皮有效部位,分别考察了制备性快速柱的洗脱溶剂、硅胶用量和精制柱的径高比。[结果]确定的制备工艺使有效部位中杠柳毒苷的含量达到50%以上。[结论]确定的香加皮抗心力衰竭有效部位制备工艺稳定、经济、重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the preparation technology of effective fraction for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae(Xiangjiapi).[Methods] The effective fraction was prepared by the combination of fast-preparation column and refining column.The ratio of raw material to silica gel and ratio of diameter to height were investigated.[Results] By the determined technology,the contents of periplocin in effective fractions were above 50%.[Conclusion] The preparation technology of the effective fraction for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae is stable,economic and reproducible.更多还原
