【摘要】 用双环戊二烯石油树脂作补强剂,考察了树脂用量对丁苯橡胶加工工艺性能和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着树脂用量的增加,混炼胶门尼粘度值下降,混炼行为变佳;硫化胶拉断伸长率和撕裂强度都随树脂用量的增加而增大;树脂用量为15~20份时,拉伸强度有最大值,炭黑分布效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of dicyclopentadiene petroleum(DCPD) resin content on the processability,cure characteristics and physical mechanical properties of SBR vulcanizates were studied by using the resin as reinforcer.The experimental results showed that the Mooney viscosity of SBR compound decreased with the increase of DCPD resin content,and the mixing behaviour became good.The elongation at break and tear strength of the resin-extented SBR vulcanizates increased with the increase of the resin content,while the tensile strength had a maximum value when the DCPD resin content was varied from 15 to 20phr,and the distribution effect of carbon black was good.更多还原
