【摘要】 改进社会组织管理,建立有效的社会组织管理体制,是国家十二五规划的重要任务。进入新世纪以来,台州社会组织发展迅速,但现在遇到了政策、发展空间、运作资金、人力资源等方面的制约。台州应以政府职能转移为突破口,成立领导和实施政府职能转移的专门机构,处理好政府与社会组织之间的关系。同时完善登记制度,在资金、人力以及发展政策方面加大支持力度,构建台州社会组织管理机制,以推动社会组织的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of an important task of the 12th Five Plan is promoting social organization management and setting up effective management system.Though social organizations in Taizou have got fast development,they are restricted by policy,development space,capital,human resources etc..To solve these problems,a special department needs to be set to shift government function and coordinate the relationship between social organizations and government.Besides,it needs more support on registration system,capital,HR and policy to help construct social organizations management system in Taizhou,which will promote the social organizations development.更多还原
