大型钢筋混凝土多孔输水管渠的检修与施工

【摘要】 上海黄浦江上游引水工程1、2期多孔钢筋混凝土输水管渠,已分别运行了23年和13年之久,期间曾对管渠局部检修过2次。2010年由于管渠周边环境的改变和原渠道结构施工中存在的不足,经放空检测,发现渗漏点520处,渠道沉降缝错位大于3cm的达59处,严重地影响管渠的正常输水。本文基于对管渠渗漏原因的分析,制定了检修设计方案,方案考虑了关键工序施工难点及应对措施。随后对管渠进行了检修施工。检修后工程运行良好。

【Abstract】 The first and second phase water delivery canal of upper Huangpu River in Shanghai,with the cross-section in the form of three openings,was constructed using reinforced concrete.Two times local maintenances have been conducted during their 23 and 13 years operation period respectively.Due to the change of the environment and the deficiencies of original construction,emptying tests carried out in the year 2010 confirmed 520 leakage spots and 59 joints with settlement difference larger than 3 cm resulting in negative effect on the water delivery.Based on the analysis of the reasons of water leakage,a plan for maintenance was made considering the difficulties during the key construction procedure and their solutions.Subsequently,the maintenance construction was performed to the leakage spots and the settlement difference.After the maintenance,the water delivery canal has been working well.
