【摘要】 为解决当前我国运动员管理体制中运动员退役后的社会保障问题,通过文献综述、案例分析、类比等方法,结果表明:影响福建省运动员退役后的保障工作顺利开展的因素有安置政策单薄、资金不足、市场重视奥运冠军和热门项目、运动员自身"求生"能力弱等。建议:拓宽安置渠道,多方筹措资金,提高运动员"求生"本领,及时丰富和落实相关社会保障政策等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the social security problem which the athletes will meet after retirement,this paper took some useful research methods:the literature summary,the example analysis and the analogy.The study showed:there are many factors impacting Fujian province’s retired athletes’ social security work:resettlement policy is inadequate;the fund is insufficient;people fix on Olympic champion and popular subjects;and the athletes’ ability is weak.The paper ultimately gave some suggestion to solve the current social security problem:broadening the channels for placement;multi-financing;improving the athletes’ "survival" skills;timely implementation of policies related to social security.更多还原
