【Abstract】 This paper adopts literature,questionnaire and logic analysis to study rural sports culture construction problems.The results show that the following factors lead to the bottleneck of sports culture development in rural areas.They are investment shortage,the poor relative working staff and its weak mechanism,and lack of power to promote folk sports.Rural sports culture lagging behind lies in insufficient relative knowledge,government’s absence of monitoring and the system’s backwardness.更多还原
