【摘要】 在分析韩国群众体育发展背景的基础上,剖析了汉城奥运会后韩国群众体育在管理体制、政策与法律、经费投入、设施建设、群众体育宣传、全运会的开展等方面的变化,总结其群众体育发展的相关经验。群众体育发展所需的体育人才主要以培养社区体育指导员的方式产生,另外,一年一度全运会的召开也为群众体育的发展起到了促进作用,借助于全运会的影响力,政府大力倡导开展群众体育运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the research methods of literature study and logic analysis,the paper analyses the public sport development in South Korea and discusses the management system,policy and law,investment,facility construction,public sport publicity and operation of the national sports meeting of the public sport in South Korea after the Seoul Olympic Games.The paper also discusses the relative experiences of the public sport.The sports talents needed by the public sport are developed by the community sports guides.The annual national sports meeting promotes the development of the public sport.更多还原
