【摘要】 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法,在全面、系统分析湖北省竞技体育发展进程、现状特征及各种影响因素的基础上,依据湖北省社会、经济变化与构建和谐社会宏观背景下竞技体育的新任务,提出了湖北省竞技体育可持续发展战略构想;筹谋竞技体育可持续发展的战略规划;建立完善的"以人为本"的竞技体育管理机制;协调好竞技体育与其他利益主体之间的关系;加强和完善后备人才梯队建设等。更多还原
