【摘要】 人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的适应症一般为(1)年老、体弱或有慢性心血管、肺、肾等脏器疾患,不宜卧床,应尽早离床活动者。(2)骨折属头下型或头颈型,易于发生骨折不愈合者。(3)陈旧性股骨颈骨折不愈合或已发生股骨头缺血坏死者。(4)全身情况不能耐受二次手术者。新鲜性股骨颈骨折用人工股骨头有以下优点:术后1个月下床活动,可减少老年并发症,心脏、肾等疾病,手术时间短,失血不多,免除了因股骨头坏死再次手术,尤其是新鲜骨折,髋臼光滑完整,肌肉无挛缩,故效果较好。通过本组6～12年的随访,作者认为人工股骨头只要安置恰当,优良率达91.17%,就是对股骨颈骨折的一种较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Artificial femoral head replacement was used to treat femoral neck fractures in senile patients.Indications for artificial femoral head replacement are as follows:1.The senile weak patients with chronic cardiorespiratory and renal diseases who could not withstand a long-term recumbency.2.The subeapital and transcervical fractures which are subject to non-union.3.The old femoral neck fractures which may develop avascular necrosis of femoral head and non-union.4.The patients whose general condition prohibits a second operation.Using a prosthesis in a fresh femoral neck fracture could obtain good results.The advantages are as follows:1.Early ambulation would eliminate complications.2.The second operation for avascular necrosis of femoral head is avoided.3.In the early stage,the acetabulum is smooth and spastic contractures of the related muscles have not occured.In this study.the follow-up period was ranged from 6 to 12 years.91.17%were graded as good or excellent.Artificial femoral head replacement is proved to be a good method for femoral neck fractures in senile patients.更多还原
