【摘要】 287例终末期肾脏病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者,152例(52%)出现左心室肥大(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)。其中,54%血液透析、75%腹膜透析、38%肾移植患者出现LVH。单因素分析示年龄、血压、血清肌酐和尿素氮浓度、血红蛋白、血清碱性磷酸酶升高、主动脉瓣病变和近期ESRD治疗方式与LVH有关。多元回归分析显示,近期ESRD治疗方式、年龄、高血压和碱性磷酸酶升高是ESRD患者LVH最重要的独立预告因子;年龄、舒张压和碱性磷酸酶升高是ESRD患者严重型LVH最重要的独立预告因子;年龄和碱性磷酸升高是透析患者LVH最重要的独立预告因子。高血压是肾移植患者LVH唯一的独立预告因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship factors of left ventricular hypcrtrophy(LVH) in 287 patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD) were analyzcd.152 patients(52%) had LVH consisting of 54% patients on hemodialysis,75% peritoneal dialysis patients and 38% transplanted patients.Single factor analysis indicated that age,blood pressure,serum creatinine and BUN,hemoglobin,serum alkalin phosphatase,aortic valve disease and current ESRD therapy were related to LVH.Multiple logistic regression analysis indicted that the most important factors which were independently related to LVH in all patients studied,were dialysis as current ESRD treatment,age,hypertension and high serum alkaline phosphatasc.Among patients with severe LVH,high serum alkaline phosphatase level,high diaslolic blood and age were the prcdictors.Among dialysis patients.the most important variablcs were agc and high serum alkalinephos phatasc.Hypertension was the only prcdictor or LVH in the transplantation group.更多还原
