【摘要】 目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)与运动量及胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)的相关性。方法通过检测NAFLD患者进行与未进行运动干预前后CHE水平的变化和肝脏的影像学改变,了解NAFLD与运动量及CHE的相关性。结果 NAFLD组与正常对照组比较,前者BMI、DBP、SBP、TG、TC、LDL-C、FBG、2h-PG、ALT、AST均高于后者,而CHE、HDL-C均低于后者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。运动组与对照组比较,CHE、TG、TC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安静对照组和运动实验组在试验前后分别行肝脏超声和CHE检测,结果显示,脂肪肝较前明显好转。NAFLD形成的危险因素Logistic回归分析,ChE(P<0.01)进入回归方程,可认为其是NAFLD形成的危险因素。结论 NAFLD患者CHE水平下降,CHE检测可以早期发现NAFLD。进行运动干预后NAFLD患者的CHE及肝脏影像学表现明显改善,脂肪肝明显好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relevance of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with exercise and cholinesterase.Methods:The test of the ChE level changes and liver imaging changes in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients with or without exercising was used to understand the relevance of NAFLD and exercise and cholinesterase.Results: Compared NAFLD group with control group,the DBP,BMI,SBP,TG,TC,LDL-C,FBG,2h-PG,ALT and AST were higher in the former than those in the latter,both ChE and HDL-C were lower than those of the latter(P<0.05,P< 0.01).The difference in CHE,TG and TC was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the exercise group and control group,which showed that cholinesterase detection could reflect liver function better.The control group and the exercise group were respectively detected of ultrasound and cholinesterase before and after exercising,the results showed that the fatty liver was improved obviously.Through Logistic regression analysis the risk factors of NAFLD and ChE(P<0.01) entered regression equations,so we believed that it was the risk factor of NAFLD.Conclusion: The cholinesterase level drops in NAFLD patients,the NAFLD patients can be found early through detecting cholinesterase.The cholinesterase and liver imaging manifestations are improved obviously in NAFLD patients through exercise interention,the fatty liver is improved obviously.更多还原
