【摘要】 目的探讨去骨瓣减压术时应用改良式硬膜减张缝合的临床意义。方法对132例重型颅脑损伤病人分为硬脑膜修补和硬脑膜开放组进行了临床观察。结果硬脑膜修补组与硬脑膜开放组减压效果无差异,并发症发生率明显低于硬脑膜开放组。结论去骨瓣减压术时修补硬脑膜可达到去骨瓣减压效果,减少了术后并发症,有利于病人康复,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of improved dural relaxation suture during decompressive craniectomy.Method:132 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were divided into dural relaxation suture group and opening group for clinical observation.Results:There was no difference in the decompression effect of dural relaxation between the suture group and the opening group,and the complication rate of the first group was significantly lower than that of the dural opening group.Conclusion:Dural relaxation suture during the decompressive craniectomy can get the same effect ion as decompressive craniectomy and reduce the postoperative complications,which is better for the recovery of patients and is worth promoting clinically.更多还原
