【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)与开腹阑尾切除术(open appendecto-my,OA)两种术式的可行性、优越性及临床疗效。方法选取2005年1月至2009年11月临床确诊的阑尾炎患者127例,分为2组,腹腔镜手术组55例,开腹手术组72例,对比分析两组的临床资料。结果两组手术时间、治疗费用差异无统计学意义,但腹腔镜手术组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、镇痛程度、切口感染率、粘连性肠梗阻发生率明显低于开腹手术组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下阑尾切除术创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,美容效果好,优于开腹手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the feasibility,superiority and therapeutic effect of the laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) and open appendectomy(OA).Methods: 127 patients who were diagnosed as appendicitis were divided into two groups,LA group(55 cases) and traditional opertion(OA) group(72 cases).The clinical data of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference between two groups’operation time and costs of hospitalization.However,there was statistical significance in the difference between LA and OA in the amount of bleeding,degree of postoperative pain,anal exhaust,out of bed activity and hospitalization,infection of incision,adhesion ileus and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion: The LA is a new procedure to treat appendicitis,which is safe,economic,feasible,mini-invasive and cosmetic,and suitable for hospital swith simple technique.更多还原
