【摘要】 目的研究开窗减压术治疗颌骨角化囊性瘤的临床效果。方法选取45例有明确病理诊断的颌骨角化囊性瘤患者,采用开窗减压术进行手术治疗,术前拍平片判断囊肿的范围,术后每天进行冲洗,定期复诊拍片判断临床效果。结果 45例患者中,具有较为完整随访有39例,其中34例取得了较为明显的效果,总有效率达87.18%,其中的28例囊肿范围的缩小超过80%,对其中的13例患者行手术刮除残余囊肿,另15例还在随访治疗中。结论开窗减压术是治疗颌骨角化囊性瘤的较为有效的治疗方法,特别适合于较大型角化囊性瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of fenestration technique on keratocystic tumor of the jaw.Methods: Forty-five pathologically diagnosed patients were treated with fenestration technique.X-ray was taken before and after operation.Results: Thrity-nine patients had a complete follow-up,in which 34 had an effective clinical outcome and 28 deflated over 80%,and 13 received operation of erasion.Fifteen were still in the follow-up.Conclusion: Fenestration is an effective technique in jaw keratocystic tumor treatment.更多还原
