【Abstract】 Foreign periodicals,as reflection of professional academic periodical that is newest and latest achievements in scientific research,are generally concerned by scientific researchers.In recent years,however,the utilization of foreign periodicals contrast sharply with their soaring prices.The article elaborates principles and adjustment of thought for acquisition of foreign periodicals in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,which improves the quality of acquisition and puts forward the adoption of various forms of information service so as to improve the utilization ratio of periodicals.更多还原
