【Abstract】 Based on the related historical materials of the Traveling Library Program supported by China International Famine Relief Commission and the service experiences and characteristics of rural traveling library,the author argues that the Commission had played an important part in educating modern Chinese civilians and put great influence on improving the skills of rural labors by developing traveling library,and tries to provide reference for the library outreach programs nowadays in rural areas.更多还原
