【Abstract】 The paper first analyzes the traditional monostructure of the library,and then goes to the motivation and principle of inner organization structure of library.Also the paper includes a comparative study among scientific research libraries,public libraries and high educational institute libraries.From the analysis,the paper proposes that a compound structure is necessary and gives a re-engineer model for inner organization structure.更多还原
