【摘要】 运用一阶差分方程构建政府信息资源市场配置的离散时间动态模型,探索影响其需求量的因素及最佳配给量。用MATLAB对所建模型进行数值求解的结果表明:用户信息素养及信息素养投资比例对政府信息资源市场配置需求量有显著影响。揭示出:当信息素养投资效应及投资比例达到一定程度时,政府信息资源配置易达到相对均衡,所建模型能反映政府信息资源配置均衡的一般式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the impact factors and the best ration amount of GIR(government information resources),the dynamic market allocation model of GIR is constructed with the first-order difference equation.The model-running results with MATLAB show that improving information literacy of users and investment proportion of GIR will impact obviously on demand and price of GIR in market allocation.It is revealed that when the investment effect of information literacy and its investment proportion reach a certain extent,the quantity and price of GIR in market allocation can achieve relative balance easily.The dynamic model may reflect the general formula of balanced allocation of GIR.更多还原
