【Abstract】 The competitiveness of librarians,intelligence agency personnel and business staff lies in their capacity.This paper classifies the competitiveness of the librarians into four levels: the work performance,superficial competitiveness,profound competitiveness,and individual learning capacity.In addition,it divides the capacity of librarians into three phases: the original construction phase,self-improvement phase,and sublimation phase.It concludes that only when the librarians have an ideal attainment on their capability from the above four levels and three phrases,can they really improve their competitiveness.更多还原
