【Abstract】 On the basis of explaining the meaning of the network born digital resources,the types of network born digital resources were described from the perspectives of present form,information disclosure degree,information storage format,property ownership,the network terminal equipment,etc..The characteristics of network born digital resources were analyzed including miscellaneousness,originality,fragility and open access.From the aspect of enhancing the value of network born digital resources,the connotation of network born digital resources exploitation was presented.In-depth thinking of developing network born digital resources was given and the exploiting activities were analyzed from four layers which were experience and knowledge sharing exploitation,entertainment and dating service oriented exploitation,historical retrospective exploitation,and transferring exploitation.更多还原
