【摘要】 对《深圳经济特区公共图书馆条例(试行)》中有关文献资源建设的条款进行分析,总结出一系列的相关指标,针对深圳市公共图书馆文献资源建设法制环境进行调查,分析公共图书馆在文献资源建设方面的措施以及执行情况。指出深圳市区级公共图书馆在实施文献资源建设相关条例存在的问题,以及立法的不足,并针对问题提出解决的建议和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the provisions of literature resources construction in "Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Public Library(Trial)",and sums up a series of correlative indexes.Based on investigation into the legal environment of literature resource construction in Shenzhen city and district public libraries,the measures and implementation of literature resources construction in city and district libraries are analyzed and the problems of literature resources construction in libraries and shortage of legislation are pointed out.Some recommendations and measures to solve the problems are also proposed.更多还原
