试论知识产权权利限制对现代图书馆权利的影响
The Impact of Intellectual Property Rights Limitation on Library Right
【摘要】 从知识产权与图书馆权利同属公民的基本权利出发,论述知识产权法的合理使用、法定许可、权利穷竭等权利限制措施对现代图书馆权利的影响。
【Abstract】 Both intellectual property and the rights of the library are citizens’ basic rights,the article discusses the impact of right limitation on the rights of the library,such as fair use,legal license,exhaustion doctrine and etc.
