【摘要】 淮安市关心下一代工作委员会创办的淮安市少儿图书馆实行人性化的知识信息服务、延伸于儿童的素质教育服务、延伸于老年的老有所乐服务等服务模式,并且在管理机制上开创了关心下一代工作委员会创办儿童图书馆的先例。淮安市少儿图书馆实行理事会管理制度,采取非正式编制用工方法,并且争取到多渠道的经费来源,是一个颇具创新特色的儿童图书馆。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huaian Children’s Library founded by Minors-Caring Committee has implemented several service modes as followings: the human knowledge and information services,quality education services for children,and extended services for the old.The library is the precedent to establish children’s library in the management mechanism.It implements council management system,adopts informal employment,and has strive multi-channel funding sources.It now becomes the rather children’s library with innovative characteristics.更多还原
