【摘要】 南京工业大学图书馆在文献资源建设观念方面,充分挖掘网络资源,拓宽采购渠道,深化以人为本的理念,加强同行间的互动、学习和交流;在文献资源质量建设方面,加大文献加工质量的监控力度,加大用户参与文献资源建设的深度和广度,深化定向服务;在工作创新方面,转变资源加工模式,调整岗位分工,进行全方位的资源整合,加强和完善特藏资源库建设。其创新资源建设观念、谋求质量建设新突破、开创工作求发展的做法提高了馆藏文献资源的利用率,迎合了读者需求,推动了高校图书馆各项工作与服务的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Library of Nanjing University of Technology fully digs network resources,expands acquisition channels,deepens the human-oriented idea,and strengthens professional interaction,learning and communication in the idea of literature resources construction;strengthens the monitoring of literature processing quality,expands the depth and breadth of users’ participation into literature resources construction,and deepens the orientation services in the literature resources construction;changes the resource processing mode,adjusts the division of labor positions,integrate resources of full ranges,and improves the construction of characteristic resource databases in work innovation.Its new ideas of literature resources construction,new breakthroughs in quality construction and work innovation practice improve the utilization of collections,meet readers’ needs,and promote the development of work and services in university libraries.更多还原
