【Abstract】 Strategic planning is the programmatic document with an overall arrangement that gives a guidance to the development of library.In this article,the problems which exist in formulating library’ strategic planning are pointed out,basing on demonstrating the connotation of library’ strategic planning.Furthermore,the strategies of formulating the strategic planning are proposed from the aspects of service-centered,people-oriented,environmental analysis and element optimization.更多还原
