【Abstract】 The two indicators,"equivalent issue volume" and "the average cited frequency for each paper of the author",are proposed in this paper.They can describe the influence of authors comprehensively and uniformly.The deviations which are brought by the use "issue volume" and "cited frequency" as the indicators are overcome.Finally,the situation that the issue of authors in vocational colleges from 1999 to 2008 is evaluated synthetically,and the rank of core authors in vocational colleges is given.更多还原
