U75V重轨钢280mm×380mm连铸坯加热工艺的试验研究

【摘要】 在钢厂利用Thermophil STOR测试系统(黑匣子)进行步进式加热炉内U75V重轨钢280 mm×380mm铸坯加热过程温度跟踪,并用Origin软件进行数据处理,得出铸坯加热温度、升温速度、表面与中心温差等曲线。结果表明,铸坯平均加热温度为1220℃,当在炉时间超过180 min,应降低均热段控制温度约20℃;炉内水梁对铸坯下表面温度影响较大,应控制均热段下部温度较上部温度高20℃;在目前加热工艺下,重轨铸坯出炉时内外温差(厚度方向)控制在20℃以内,铸坯温度在1 200℃以上,能满足重轨生产要求。

【Abstract】 The 280 mm×380 mm cast bloom temperature of steel U75V for heavy rail in walking beam reheating furnace has been traced and measured by using Thermophil STOR measure system(black box) at steel works,and the data are treated by Origin software to get the curves of cast bloom heating temperature,temperature increasing speed and difference of temperature between bloom surface and center etc.Results show that the average heating temperature of cast bloom is 1 220℃,as heating time in furnace is more than 180 min,the control temperature in soaking zone should decrease by about 20℃;the effect of water-cooling beam in furnace on temperature of bloom bottom surface is obvious,therefore the control temperature of lower section in soaking zone is higher 20℃than that of upper section;at current heating condition, it meets the raquirement of heavy rail production that temperature differential between center and surface of finished heating bloom along the thickness direction is less than 20℃and the cast bloom temperature is more than 1 200℃.
