【摘要】 以钢厂34 t板坯连铸中间包为研究对象,依据几何相似原理,建立1:3的水力学实验模型,按照L6(45)正交表进行试验。结果表明,四因素的主次关系依次是气盒与堰间距、堰深、吹气量、堰与长水口间距;在最佳参数为吹气量450 L/h、堰深110 mm、气盒与堰间距235 mm和堰与长水口间距195 mm时,平均停留时间达到360 s,死区体积比例降低到11.47%,活塞区体积比例提高到21.95%,综合评分达到100.48。

【Abstract】 According to the studied object of a 34 t tundish for slab concasting at steel works and based on geometric similarity principle,the 1:3 water test model has been established and the test carried out according to orthogonal table L16 (4 ).Test results show that relationship between primary and second for four factors in order of precedence is distance between gas box and dam,depth of dam,gas blowing rate and distance between dam and long nozzle;with optimum parameters -gas blowing rate 450 L/h,depth of dam 110 mm,distance between gas box and dam 235 mm and distance between dam and long nozzle 195 mm,the average residence time is up to 360 s,the volume fraction of dead zone decreases to 11.47%,the volume fraction of piton zone increases to 21.95%and the comprehensive score is up to 100.48.
