不同冬小麦品种氮效率及其生理差异的研究

【摘要】 选育氮高效型品种是提高氮肥利用率的重要途径。本试验选用近年来鄂北岗地主栽的5个冬小麦品种(鄂麦14、鄂麦18、鄂麦23、郑麦9023、洛麦1号),在施氮和不施氮条件下,对不同品种的产量性状及5个生育期叶片叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标进行分析。结果表明:不同冬小麦品种的氮效率差异显著,洛麦1号(LM1)的氮效率高于其它品种。扬花后氮效率高的小麦品种,其叶绿素含量及硝酸还原酶活性水平相对较高,并且产量也相对较高,氮分配到籽粒的效率较高。

【Abstract】 In order to utilize nitrogen fertilizer reasonably,select and breed high nitrogen efficiency varieties.Selecting five local dominating winter wheat varieties(EM14,EM18,EM23,ZM9023,LM1)in the mound of northen Hubei province.Under high nitrogen application and no nitrogen application,the field experiment was conducted to study the difference of nitrogen efficiency of different varieties,also study the physiological mechanism by analysing yield characters and the content of chlorophyll,the nitrate reducatase activity in the leaf in five growing stage.The results showed that there were significant differences among the five varieties in the nitrogen efficiency.Nitrogen efficiency of LM1 was higher than the others.Compared to study the physiological mechanism of different varieties,it was found that the winter wheats of high nitrogen efficiency had high content of chlorophyll,nitrate reducatase activity and grain yield,the efficiency of the nitrogen of plants transporting to grain were higher.
