【Abstract】 In Vitro Culture of Mature Embryos of Pinus bungeana seeds without pretreatment,in the absence of sucrose medium and low concentrations of sucrose are not germination radicles.Under the same conditions,embryos with whole or two-third of endosperm can germinate,while no germination radicle except hypocotyl elongation was found of embryos with one-third of endosperm.The cold stratification,change-temperature treatment,GA3 can Increase the germination rate of naked embryos,while embryos with the whole endosperm germination rate is low.GA3 inhibitors inhibited the germination of naked embryos of the seeds with pretreatment,no significant inhibition of ethylene inhibitors更多还原
