珍珠菜的化学成分研究(英文)
Chemical Constituents from Lysimachia clethroides
【摘要】 从珍珠菜(Lysimachia clethroides)根部分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱数据结合理化性质分别鉴定为山奈素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),山奈素-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(+)-儿茶素(3),(-)-表儿茶素(4),(+)-没食子儿茶素(5),(-)-表没食子儿茶素(6),(E)-2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)和2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Lysimachia clethroides.Their structures were elucidated as following based on spectral methods as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)glucopyranoside(2),(+)-catechin(3),(-)-epicatechin(4),(+)-gallocatechin(5),(-)-epigallocatechin(6),(E)-2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),and 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8).All compounds were isolated for the first time from the roots of this plant.
