【Abstract】 With the extension of human’s "action radius" from the "inland" to "the sea", marine environment has been becoming a prominent issue. The relative regional independence of marine ecosystems and the deterioration of coastal waters’ marine environment highlight the regionalism of marine environmental issues. Undoubtedly, the approach of regional adjustment is the key to the governance of marine environment, and regional cooperation is the key point and main path to realize it. And the analysis to the governance path of "Yangtze River Delta" is a good choice to discuss the governance of regional marine environment, because not only is it an important case in analyzing the approach of regional adjustment and the path of regional cooperation, but also can be of far-reaching significance in achieving Yangtze River Delta’s marine ecological protection and its sustainable development.更多还原
