【摘要】 目的观察持续正压通气(continuous positive airway pressure,CPAP)治疗对重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者听性脑干反应(ABR)及静态姿势描记(posturography,PSG)的影响。方法对32例重度OSAHS患者持续正压通气治疗前后及20例正常对照者进行ABR测试及静态姿势描记检查,比较其结果。结果重度OSAHS患者ABR波I、V潜伏期及III-V波间期比对照组延长,PSG各指标增加;CPAP治疗3月后OSAHS组ABR各波潜伏期及波间期与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,而PSG各指标较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论重度OSAHS患者的脑干听觉传导功能受损,静态平衡能力降低,CPAP治疗有助于早期改善静态平衡功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the effect of severe OSAHS on auditory brainstem response(ABR) and posturography(PSG)before and after continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP).Methods The ABR and PSG of 32 patients with severe OSAHS and control group were examined.The results of ABR and PSG before and after CPAP were compared.Results ①The latency of wave Ⅰ,Ⅴand the interpeak latency intervals of Ⅲ-Ⅴ of patients with severe OSAHS were longer than that of the control group.The PSG date were prolonged too.②There were no differences in latencies of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ and the interpeak latency intervals of Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ,Ⅰ-Ⅴ before and after CPAP,but the data of PSG changed obviously.Conclusion The patients with severe OSAHS auditory brainstem structure are impaired,the ability of static balance was reduced in patients with severe OSAHS.CPAP enhanced the ability of static balance in severe OSAHS.更多还原
