【Abstract】 Using alkali extraction method to separate alkaline lignin from the glycyrrhiza residues,and orthogonal experiment(the factors were temperature,time,the concentration of lye and the dosage of lye) was used to select the best technique scheme.The optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of lye was 0.8 mol/L,the dosage of lye was 30 mL/g,the extraction temperature was 40℃,the extraction time was 2.5 hours.The extraction rate of libnin reached 4.88%.The contents of total hydroxyl,phenolic hydroxyl and alcoholic hydroxyl of alkali lignin were 5.43%,3.18% and 2.43% respectively.更多还原
