综合指数法在高校图书馆年度考核中的应用
Comprehensive Index Method in Academic Library Annual Examination Application
【摘要】 构建了高校图书馆年度考核体系,并利用综合指数法对图书馆员年度评估进行综合测评,为科学、客观评价馆员业绩提供依据。
【Abstract】 Construction of the academic Library annual examination system,and the use of comprehensive index method in the librarians annual comprehensive evaluation,this paper provides the basis for the scientific and objective evaluation of librarians performance.
