【摘要】 介绍了汽车发动机密封用丁腈橡胶涂料的制备方法,讨论了溶剂、填料、酚醛树脂、硫化剂及其他助剂的选用对涂层性能的影响,得出了丁腈橡胶涂料最佳配方:丁腈橡胶N41 100份,酚醛树脂2402 50~55份,炭黑N330 30份,氧化锌5份,硫磺1~3份,促进剂CZ 0.5~2份,促进剂DM 0.5~1.5份,DOP 5份,防老剂RD 2份,醋酸乙酯200~270份,丁酮30~100份。讨论了不同的底涂剂对涂层的影响,结果表明:Chem lok 205对丁腈橡胶与金属板材粘接效果最佳。采用辊涂的方式对丁腈涂料进行施工,硫化温度150℃,硫化时间为1 h。在此条件下生产的丁腈橡胶涂料垫片,可满足汽车发动机的工况要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation method of nitrile rubber(NBR) coating for seal of automobile engine was described.The influence of solvents,fillers,phenolic resin,sulfurization agent and other additives on the properties of coating was discussed.An optimum formulation was obtained:NBR N41 100,phenolic resin 2402 50~55,carbon black N330 30,ZnO 5,sulfur 1~3,accelerator CZ 0.5~2,accelerator DM 0.5~1.5,DOP 5,anti-aging agent RD 2,ethyl acetate 200~270,methylethyl Retone 30~100.The influence of various primers on the NBR coat was discussed,the experimental results demonstrated that the Chemlok 205 was the best primer between the NBR coat and metal sheet.The NBR coat was applied by roller,sulfurized at 150 ℃ for 1 hour.The NBR coated-metal gasket produced by this process can meet the requirement of automobile engine working conditions.更多还原
