【摘要】 [目的]建立慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医疗效指标体系,并应用于临床,检验其效果。[方法]通过纳入中医的四诊信息、生存质量、心理学、疾病量表和患者自我报告(PRO)等方面的内容建立调查表,并在三家医院采用现场调查的方式获得临床资料。[结果]共筛选33个条目组成调查表,通过性能检验,发现调查表在条目分析、信度评价、效度评价和反应度检验方面取得了满意的结果。[结论]整合临床多方面资料,并以调查表的形式进行中医疗效指标体系建立的研究方法是切实可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and use it in clinic to test the effect.[Methods] A questionnaire was made.It included five aspects: information of four diagnosis of TCM,quality of life,psychology,disease scales and patient-reported outcomes.Then a locale-survey was performed in three hospitals to get the clinical data.[Results] There were 33 items included in the questionnaire,which had satisfactory results in items analysis,reliability evaluation,validity evaluation and responsibility test.[Conclusion] It is a feasible way to establish an index system to evaluate the efficacy of TCM through integrating several clinical data.更多还原
