【摘要】 [目的]探讨冠心通脉胶囊对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响及可能机制[。方法]60例冠心病患者被随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,治疗组在服用常规药物治疗的基础上加用冠心通脉胶囊,对照组则在常规药物治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊,服用1个疗程后,比较两组患者血中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的含量变化[。结果]治疗组、对照组在疗程结束后血中ET、hs-CRP含量均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组患者血中NO含量均较治疗前有明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论]冠心通脉胶囊可以升高患者NO,降低ET、hs-CRP,这可能是其保护血管内皮功能的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the mechanism of Guanxintongmai capsule on coronary heart disease patients.[Methods] The sixty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30) treated with Guanxintongmai capsule and the control group(n=30) with Tongxinluo capsule for four weeks.Then we analyzed the levels of ET/NO/hs-CRP in the patients between the two groups.[Results] The levels of NO in the treatment group and the control group were improved significantly.The levels of ET and hs-CRP in the treatment group and the control group were decreased significantly.There were no significant difference between the treatment group and control group.[Conclusion] Guanxintongmai capsule can significantly increase the level of NO and decrease the level of ET and hs-CRP.This is one of mechanism of protecting blood vessel endothelium function of guanxintaomai possibly.更多还原
